In 2013 I created Social street, a social project with the goal of recreating social bonds (the type you usually associate with villages) in the cities. What initially started as an “experiment” on facebook (Residents in Via Fondazza – Bologna – Sociastreet was opened in September 2013). The approach here was voluntary participation by neighbours in the hopes of creating a relationship based on trust, and no expectation or compulsion these elements helped transform the idea into an academoc case study and later a phenomenon that spread rapidly through the rest of Italy and also abroad. As a result I am often invited to participate in a number of meetings, congresses, round table discussions and events centred on sharing economy, smart cities and all possible applications where social street can be involved.
In december 2013 Riccardo Luna, former director of Wired and italian Digital Champion, insered me in the Top 100 innovator 2013 at number 21.
22 january 2015 I won the “Champion Prize 2015” organized by City Angels in Milan received by the mayor of the city
